I'm Chef Ramzi, and my love language has always been cooking for the people I care about. In my culture, food is more than something we eat, it is how we celebrate life, bring people together, and show love.
Lebanese food carries that spirit in every dish. It is generous, vibrant and made to be shared. For me, cooking is about creating those moments around the table, the laughter, the stories, the memories and the feeling of being surrounded by good people.
At Tarator, I bring that passion to every event, sharing the flavours and traditions of Lebanon and creating food that makes your celebration feel truly special.
